- Being natural and unrefined, the colour, aroma, and thickness of our oils may vary slightly from batch to batch, depending on the season and the raw material.
- Product images on the website are for reference only. The actual product and packaging may look slightly different.

The health benefits mentioned on our website are based on traditional use and general information. They are not medical advice and are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. If you have a health condition or allergy, please consult your doctor before use. For herbal hair oil, we recommend a small patch test before first use.

- Orders can be placed through WhatsApp, phone call, email, or our website.
- An order is confirmed only after we accept it and share the order confirmation with you.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery location is not serviceable, or the order details are wrong or incomplete. If you have already paid, the full amount will be refunded.
